CMS Athletes follow a training plan based on the ‘Four’ principal.
What is the four principal ? Each time frame of training time between Olympic Games is split into 4 sections as follows.

| Jun - Sep | Emphasis on Technique |
Monthly Cycle
| Week 1 | Hard training emphasising Strength & Stamina |
| Week 2 | Hard training emphasising Speed Endurance |
| Week 3 | Hard training emphasising Speed |
| Week 4 | Easy training emphasising Technique |
